 Emerson is my favorite subject to photograph!!  While it can be somewhat stressful and time consuming...I always love going back and looking at each picture.  Usually the "mess-ups" are my most favorite!  She is such a silly girl!  Love her to pieces!

Emerson 1st Birthday

We had Emerson's birthday party on her birthday (December 15th).  We invited both sides of the family so there were over 50 people!  And since our house can't fit anywhere near that many people, we hosted at my parents house.

I came up to my mom's for the day to get food ready and the table set up.  I had lots of fun picking the theme for her birthday...I figured since she's still young enough, I may as well pick something I like!!

Supper: Hawaiian ham & cheese sliders, fruit, carrots & dip, broccoli & cauliflower salad, and chips.

 We enjoyed celebrating Emerson's first birthday with all our family! Emerson wasn't too sure about all the attention but I think she enjoyed the evening as well!  She didn't quite get the hang of opening gifts, and she thought the tissue paper was fun to play with! Thanks to everyone who came and celebrated with us!
